抑郁症患者经rTMS治疗前后血清中犬尿氨酸活性物质的浓度变化
Change of Kynurenine Active Metabolites in rTMS Treatment for Depression
【摘要】 目的考察犬尿氨酸活性物质在健康人与抑郁症患者血清中的含量差异,及抑郁症患者经rTMS治疗后犬尿氨酸活性物质含量变化趋势。方法收集健康人(26例)及重复经颅磁刺激治疗前后抑郁症患者(54例)的血清;采用LC-MS/MS检测方法测定血清中色氨酸、犬尿氨酸和犬尿喹啉酸的含量。结果抑郁症患者血清中色氨酸和犬尿氨酸浓度显著低于正常人,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.002),但犬尿喹啉酸浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);抑郁症患者经rTMS治疗前后3种物质浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论健康人与抑郁症患者血清中色氨酸和犬尿氨酸含量有差异,这两物质含量变化可能与抑郁症发病机制有关系。
【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the difference of kynurenine active metabolites in both healthy volunteers and patients with depression and its concentration trend in patient with depression after r TMS treatment. METHODS Serum samples from 26 healthy volunteers and 54 depressive patients before and after the r TMS treatment were collected. Tryptophan,kynurenine and kynurenic acid in the serum were detected by LC-MS / MS. RESULTS The concentrations of tryptophan and kynurenine in the healthy volunteers and depressive patients were significantly different( P<0.002),with lower concentrations in depressive patients. However,there was no statistically significance( P>0.05) in the kynurenic acid concentrations between the healthy and depressive individuals. There was also no statistically significance( P>0. 05) among the 3 substances before and after r TMS treatment. CONCLUSION There were differences of concentration in serum of tryptophan and kynurenine between healthy volunteers and depressive patients. It implied that the content change of the 2 metabolites might have relationship with the pathogenesis of depression.
