野菊花超临界二氧化碳萃取物的镇痛抗炎作用研究

【摘要】 目的考察野菊花超临界二氧化碳萃取物(SCFE)的镇痛抗炎活性。方法以小鼠扭体法和热板法观察SCFE的镇痛作用;以醋酸致毛细血管通透性增强法和角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀法观察SCFE的抗炎作用。结果 SCFE中、高剂量组均能显著减少15 min内的扭体次数,提高小鼠的痛阈值;在醋酸致小鼠毛细血管通透性增强模型,能显著的降低毛细血管通透性;在角叉菜胶致小鼠足跖肿胀模型中,SCFE对小鼠足肿胀有显著的抑制作用。结论 SCFE具有显著的镇痛抗炎作用。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the activation of analgesic and anti-inflammatory of Chrysanthemum indicum supercritical CO2extraction( SCFE). METHODS The analgesic effect of SCFE was observed by writhing test and hot plate test in mice; antiinflammatory effect was investigated by increased capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and carrageenan-induced paw edema in mice. RESULTS In the writhing test and hot plate test,SCFE significantly reduced the writhing times in 15 min,enhanced the pain threshold; in the increased capillary permeability induced by acetic acid model,it reduced capillary permeability; in the carrageenaninduced paw edema model in mice,SCFE had obvious inhibited effect on the paw edema in mice. CONCLUSION SCFE has significant analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
