【摘要】 目的 分析非体外循环冠状动脉搭桥术(OPCABG)的术中护理难点及对策。方法 回顾性分析66例OPCABG的术中护理难点及配合方法，总结并探讨OPCABG术中的护理经验及效果。结果 2例术中发生心房颤动经处理后完成手术，其余均顺利完成手术，术后患者恢复良好，痊愈出院。结论 OPCABG操作精细，手术复杂，手术室护士在术前全面准确地分析术中护理配合难点，制定相应的护理对策，可以提高医护配合程度，减少术中并发症发生，保障手术的顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the difficulties and measures for nursing care during off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG) surgery. Methods A total of 66 patients receiving OPCABG surgery were enrolled into the current study and the difficulties and measures for their nursing care were retrospectively analyzed. Results All patients finished the surgery successfully expect two patients who managed to finish the surgery after proper treatment of atrial fibrillation. All patients had good recovery and discharged. Conclusion The procedures of OPCABG surgery is complicated, which requires nurses to thoroughly analyze the difficulties of nursing care during surgery, develop appropriate measures and enhance their ability to cooperate with other medical staff, in order to reduce intraoperative complications and guarantee the success of surgery.更多还原
