【摘要】 随着国家医改政策的调整,医疗卫生事业逐渐向公益性回归,为此,学界对基层医疗卫生机构补偿机制展开了深入研究。本文在对吉林省政府办基层医疗卫生机构运行现状调研的过程中,对大量相关数据进行了对比,分析了基层医疗卫生机构发展中存在的突出问题,在此基础上,有针对性地提出了促进吉林省基层医疗卫生机构发展和完善补偿机制的建议,以期为优化基层医疗卫生机构改革提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the adjustment of the national health care reform policy,the medical and health service is gradually returned to the public welfare.Therefore,the academic circle has carried on the thorough research to the basic medical and health organization compensation mechanism.This article,during the investigation and study of the operation status of basic medical and health institutions of Jilin province government,compares a large number of relevant data,analyzes the outstanding problems which restricting the development of primary health care institutions,based on which,proposes some well-targeted suggestions of promoting the development and perfection of compensation mechanism of primary medical and health institutions in Jilin Province,in order to provide reference for optimizing the reform of primary health care institutions.更多还原
