【摘要】 农产品地理标志,不仅是我国农业知识产权的一个重要组成部分,也是涉及我国"三农"问题最为紧密的一项特殊知识产权,其自身蕴含着无穷的经济价值和社会价值,承载着具有巨大财富价值的无形财产。对其进行保护,有利于改善当前我国农村的产业结构,激发农民的生产热情,提高农民的收入,促进农村的经济发展,进而更有效地解决我国的"三农"问题。然而,我国目前的保护模式在实践中仍存在着诸多困境,导致我国农产品地理标志的保护工作并不理想。因此,应反思当前的保护模式,突破保护瓶颈,把农产品地理标志保护事业推向更高的平台。更多还原

【Abstract】 The geographical indication of agricultural products is not only an important component part of China’s agricultural intellectual property,but also the closest special intellectual property that involves China’s issues of "agriculture,farmers and rural areas".The infinite economic value and social value contained by it bear the weight of the intangible property that has huge wealth value.Protecting it is to the benefit of improving China’s rural industrial structure at present,stimulating farmers’ production enthusiasm,improving farmers’ income,promoting the rural economic development and then more effectively solving China’s issues of "agriculture,farmers and rural areas".However,China’s present protection mode still has many dilemmas in practice,which leads to the unsatisfactory protection work of the geographical indication of China’s agricultural products.Therefore,we should rethink the present protection mode,break through the protection bottleneck and push the geographical indication of agricultural products protection career into a higher platform.更多还原
