【摘要】 目前世界政党政治发展中出现了很多非典型性政党,它们有的是没有经过政党注册登记为政党但是以政党方式活动和发生影响的政治组织;有的是经过了社团注册、法律认可的政党组织形式,但在理论纲领、终极目标、组织认同、纪律要求等传统政党要素方面不完全,在规模、组织化、专业化、制度化程度等等方面存在不足和缺失。它们可称为"准政党"与"类政党",这类"非典型政党"的出现、活动与影响将是政党政治中的新常态,是政党政治中值得注意的现象。更多还原

【Abstract】 Many atypical political parties appear in the development of world party politics.Some of them have not been registered as a political party but they act and have an influence as a political party;some of them have a form of political parties,such as organization registration and legally recognized but they are not complete in the theoretical principle,the ultimate goal,organizational identity,disciplinary requirements and other elements of traditional parties,what is more,they have shortcomings in size,organization and specialization,institutionalization and so on.They can be called the like- party and quasi-party.These atypical political parties will be the new normal in party politics and are noteworthy phenomenon.更多还原
