【Abstract】 The past five years has indeed witnessed a journey for China’s the reform of public institutions.The reform has achieved significant progress in many areas,but there are also some problems to be solved.This paper puts forth specific measures for the reform of public institutions from four aspects,that is,to define clearly the meaning of separation of government and public institutions,to establish a sound corporate governance structure of public institutions,to strengthen funds safeguard for those key public institutions and to set up the quality assurance system of basic public services.更多还原
