摇杆双极位做直到三阶停歇空间六杆机构设计
Design on rocker doing unto three-ordered intermission on bi-limit positions of spatial six-bar mechanism
【摘要】 高阶停歇的空间机构设计方法是机构设计传统理论研究中的难点之一,常采用迭代设计方法.跳出传统理论的模式,采用复合函数对应组合机构的构造方法,开创一种相对简单的高阶停歇空间机构的设计原理.若复合函数中两个基本函数在同一时刻的一阶导数同时为零,则复合函数的一至三阶导数在对应时刻为零.设两个基本机构的传动函数对应两个基本函数的属性,则一个组合机构的输出构件在对应位置作直到三阶的停歇.此数学原理所进行的设计为非迭代设计,不仅设计简单,而且不存在理论误差.以一类从动件在极限位置作直到三阶停歇的空间六杆曲柄摇杆机构设计为例,展示了设计过程与这一机构的传动特征.
【Abstract】 High order intermittent spatial mechanism design method is a difficult work of mechanism design in traditionally theoretical research field.Present iterative methods are used frequently.Now traditionally theoretical model is sprung out,it is adopted that a construction method of compound function corresponding to combination mechanism.This initiates a kind of relatively simple high order intermittent spatial mechanism design principle.One to three order differentials of a compound function are zero if one order differentials of two basic functions are zero at the same moment.Suppose transmission functions of two basic mechanisms are corresponding to properties of the two basic functions,then output member of a spatial combination mechanism will do unto three ordered intermittence at corresponding position.This design is a non-iterative design,it not only is simpler,but also is without theoretical error.A driven member doing unto three-ordered intermission on limit positions of spatial six-bar crank-rocker mechanism is used as a case,in order to show design process and transmission characteristic of the mechanism.
