【Abstract】 The"new normal"of China’s higher education focuses on the intensive development with the core of improving the quality of higher education.From the concept of people oriented harmonious development, this article explores the connotation and characteristics of the teaching teams of colleges and universities, and describes the status of teaching organization format on the basis of the theory of team-building, the efficiency and cohesion of a team, collaboration theory and the theory of teacher professional development.
