【摘要】 目的探讨JCI标准下全程疼痛评估管理在糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者中的实施效果。方法采用JCI标准的理念对某三级甲等综合医院住院治疗的34例糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者实施全程疼痛评估管理。结果 JCI标准实施后,护士疼痛评估尺的使用及全程疼痛评估管理知识的掌握程度高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);出院患者对疼痛评估的满意度、对疼痛治疗的满意度、对住院期间疼痛照护的满意度、对疼痛健康教育的满意度以及对护理工作质量的满意度均高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 JCI标准下全程疼痛评估管理,能主动、客观、科学地评估疼痛程度,有效减轻糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者的疼痛,提高患者的满意度,是目前较为理想的疼痛管理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate effect of full-time pain assessment management under JCI criteria in diabetic patients with herpes zoster. Methods A total of 52 cases with diabetes combined with herpes zoster in third-grade class-A hospital were enrolled were applied assessment of pain management under the concept of JCI standard. Results After implementation of JCI standards,mastery of the usage of pain scale and management knowledge for nurses were significantly higher than that before,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 01). The satisfaction with pain assessment,pain treatment,pain health education,and quality of nursing work for patients were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The fulltime pain assessment management under the criteria of JCI can initiatively,objectively and scientifically assess degree of pain,and effectively relieve pain,and improve patients’ satisfaction of diabetic patients combined with herpes zoster.更多还原
