【摘要】 目的探讨运用PDCA方法在降低结直肠癌造口患者并发症发生率中的应用效果。方法对照组对结直肠癌造口手术患者行常规护理,对出现并发症,给予积极处理,并统计出造口并发症发生率。实验组分析行结直肠癌造口手术患者资料,通过PDCA的方法,查找出导致肠造口并发症发生率高的主要护理缺陷及重点改善项目,并积极改进,进行改善前后效果对比,以确定PDCA在降低降低肠造口并发症发生率中的应用效果。结果肠造口并发症发生率由62.2%下降至22.2%。结论通过对PDCA管理工具的应用,完善了科室在造口方面的资料,使科室造口管理更趋规范化;通过管理过程中对人员培训,使护士专业知识及操作技能大大提高,在护理质量持续改进中值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application effect of PDCA in reducing the incidence of complications of colorectal cancer patients with colostomy. Methods Colorectal cancer patients with colostomy surgery applying routine nursing were included in control group,positive treatment was given to treat complications and colostomy complications were statistically calculated. The material of colostomy surgery patients was analyzed in the observation group. Nursing defects and improvement programs of high incidence of complications after colostomy were found out. After actively improvement and comparison of improvement,the efficacy of PDCA in reducing the incidence of complications after colostomy was determined. Results The incidence of complications after colostomy was reduced from 62.2% to 22. 2%. Conclusion Application of PDCA improves the department information in colostomy,and makes colostomy department management more standardized. Personnel training can greatly increase professional knowledge and skills of the nurses,so it is worthy of promotion in the nursing quality continuous improvement.更多还原
