脑出血患者血清S-100β蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白动态变化及其与认知功能的相关性

【摘要】 目的观察脑出血患者血清S-100β蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的动态变化,分析其与患者认知功能的关系。方法选取80例脑出血患者为病例组,80例健康体检者为对照组。检测病例组发病后第1、3、7天血清S-100β蛋白、hs-CRP水平,并与对照组比较。运用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评估病例组患者血肿吸收后的认知功能,并分析其与血清S-100β蛋白、hs-CRP水平的相关性。结果病例组发病后第1、3、7天血清S-100β蛋白、hs-CRP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),其中合并认知功能障碍患者共31例,发病后第1、3天血清S-100β蛋白、hs-CRP水平均显著高于未合并认知功能障碍患者(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,患者MMSE评分与发病后第1、3天血清S-100β蛋白(r=-0.675,-0.826)及hs-CRP水平(r=-0.706,-0.892)均具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者发病初期血清S-100β蛋白、hs-CRP高表达,可能预示合并认知功能障碍风险增加。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the dynamic changes of serum S-100β protein and highsensitivity C-reactive protein( hs-CRP) and to investigate their relationships with cognitive function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the case group while another 80 healthy participants were selected as the control group. Serum levels of S-100β protein and hs-CRP in case group 1,3 and 7 days after disease onset were detected and compared with those in control group. The mini mental state examination( MMSE) score and rate of cognitive dysfunction were observed in case group after hematoma absorption and their relationships with serum levels of S-100β protein and hs-CRP were analyzed respectively. Results Serum levels of S-100β protein and hs-CRP 1,3 and 7 days after disease onset were significantly higher in case group than those of control group( P < 0. 05). Patients with cognitive dysfunction( observed in31 cases) had higher serum levels of S-100β protein and hs-CRP at 1 and 3 days after disease onset than those without cognitive dysfunction( P < 0. 05). The score of MMSE was associated with serum levels of S-100β protein( r =- 0. 675 and- 0. 826,P < 0. 05) and the hs-CRP( r =- 0. 706 and- 0. 892,P < 0. 05) 1 and 3 days after disease onset. Conclusion Increased levels of serum S-100βprotein and hs-CRP in early stage of cerebral hemorrhage may indicate the higher risk of cognitive dysfunction.
