【摘要】 目的分析心理护理在脑梗死后抑郁患者中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的100例患者根据入院时间随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用基础护理措施,其中包括生活护理、用药指导、康复指导、饮食指导等措施,观察组在对照组的基础上加强心理护理干预。比较2组患者护理干预前后的抑郁、焦虑情况、生存质量、住院时间、住院费用及护理满意度。结果 2组患者护理干预后HAMD评分显著低于干预前,ADL评分显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。干预前,2组患者心理状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组患者HAMD和ADL评分与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者护理干预后住院时间、住院费用与干预前比较显著降低,护理满意度显著提高(P<0.01)。结论心理护理干预可有效缓解患者抑郁情况,提高临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze application effect of psychological nursing on post-depression in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 100 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to time of admission,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care measures,including life care,medication guidance,rehabilitation guidance,and dietary guidance and the observation group was strengthened psychological care based on the control group. Depression,anxiety,quality of life,hospitalization time,hospitalization costs and nursing satisfaction were compared before and after nursing intervention. Results After nursing intervention,HAMD score of two groups was significantly lower and ADL score was higher than the intervention before( P < 0. 05).
