基于WorldView数据的浙江省铁港牡蛎养殖分布遥感调查
Remote sensing investigation on the distribution of oyster culture based on World View Satellite data in the Iron Bay of Zhejiang Province
【摘要】 高分辨率卫星遥感影像具有丰富的空间信息和纹理信息,使得采用高分辨率卫星遥感数据快速准确提取牡蛎养殖分布信息成为可能。本文以浙江省象山港铁港海域2009~2011年WorldView遥感影像为数据源,利用人工交互目视解译的方法提取了该区域内牡蛎养殖的浮筏信息,研究了牡蛎养殖分布范围与年度变化情况。结果表明:这3年铁港牡蛎养殖的浮筏数量发生了较大变化,呈现出先快速下降后急剧上升的波动情况,牡蛎养殖区整体空间分布呈西南-东北走向。调查结果显示沿海水产养殖的布局不仅受到自然条件的影响和制约,而且极大程度受到当地水产养殖管理政策的影响,应当开展长期性、周期性以遥感手段为主的监测,加强地方水产养殖管理政策的效果评价,及时调整相应政策和措施。
【Abstract】 Satellite remote sensing image with high resolution has rich spatial information and texture features,which makes it possible to extract information of oyster culture quickly and accurately. The paper took the Iron Bay of Xiangshan Harbor in Zhejiang Province as the study area, applied artificial interactive visual interpretation method to extract floating raft information of oyster culture based on World View remote sensing images during 2009- 2011,and then researched on the distribution range and annual changes of oyster culture. Results show: During the study period,the number of floating rafts in the Iron Bay has changed greatly and showed fluctuation with declining rapidly first and then rising sharply; the overall oyster culture area is distributed spatially from southwest to northeast. It shows that the layout of coastal aquaculture is affected and restricted by natural conditions. Moreover, it is also influenced by the local aquaculture management policies. For the long-term policy,people should strengthen the monitoring methods dominated by means of remote sensing normally and periodically. The aquaculture management policy should be strengthened in policy effect evaluation and adjustments should be taken in a timely manner.
