【Abstract】 Secukinumab is a fully human lg G1κ monoclonal antibody that selectively binds and neutralizes interleukin-17 A. Secukinumab is formulated for intravenous and subcutaneous administration whose efficacy in the therapy of moderate- to- severe plaque psoriasis has been demonstrated. The patients have good tolerance with secukinumab. The most common adverse reactions occurring in secukinumab recipients are nasopharyngitis,headache, upper respiratory tract infections and so on.更多还原
