影响中孕期胎儿心脏时间-空间关联成像的因素探讨及优化采集方案制定
Study on the factors affecting the acquisition of cardiac-spatiotemporal image correlation volume date on second trimester fetus and establishing an optimal scheme
【摘要】 目的找出中孕期胎儿心脏STIC图像质量的影响因素并建立优化采集方案。方法纳入中孕期116例孕妇(20~28周),回顾性研究STIC图像质量的影响因素,采用正交试验分析,以后处理中重建切面的显示率作为评价指标,通过平均极差评价各水平的重要性,获得优化采集方案。结果各因素对STIC图像质量均有影响。优化的采集方案为:余辉P2、10S采集时间、心尖位置(10~2点方向)、取样角度(20~24周:30°;24~28周:35°)、谐波频率(High)、ROI(包括四腔心、降主动脉及部分脊柱和胸廓皮肤)、边缘增强E2。结论心脏STIC图像质量受多因素影响。利用优化采集方案有利于提高STIC图像质量和各重建切面的显示率。
【Abstract】 Objective This study aimed at finding factors that influence the quality of STIC volume data and establishing an optimal scheme. Methods 116 gravidae( 20 ~ 28 W) were enrolled in the study,using orthogonal experimental analysis method and average range to establish an optimal scheme. The assessment criterion was the visualization efficiency of required reconstructed cardiac planes. Results Each facto considered had some impact on the STIC data quality. The obtained optimization scheme was: 1) Persistence( P2); 2) Acquisition time( 10S); 3) the apex of fetal heart( 10 ~ 2 o’clock position); 4) Volume acquisition angle( 20 ~ 24 W: 30°; 24 ~ 28 W: 35°); 5) Harmonic frequency( High); 6) ROI( including 4CV,DAO,spine and some thorax skin); 7) Edge enhancement( E2). Conclusion The quality of STIC volume data was influenced by several factors. The optimal acquisition scheme will advance the quality,increase the success rate and improve the widespread use of cardiac-STIC.
