【摘要】 目的:观察品管圈对降低精神病患者便秘发生率的临床效果。方法:选取2015年2月—2015年10月我科住院精神病患者共60例,按照入院顺序抽签后随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者在此基础上进行品管圈护理,观察患者便秘发生情况、护士考核情况。结果:观察组便秘发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的36.67%(P<0.05);观察组护士考核情况较好,在护患沟通、常规操作、病情掌握、专业知识方面均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的56.67%(P<0.05)。结论:应用品管圈可降低精神病患者便秘发生率,护士考核情况较好,患者监护人满意度较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the incidence of constipation in patients with mental disorders by using the Quality Control Circle.Methods: 60 cases of hospitalized psychiatric patients in our department from February to October of 2015,according to the order of admission after the drawing of lots were randomly divided into the observaion group of 30 case and the control group of 30 case. The control group were treated by routine nursing,while the observation group treated by the Quality Control Circle based on the treatment of the control group.
