【摘要】 目的研究原发免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)患者血清辅助性T细胞1(Th1)即白介素-2(IL-2)、IL-3、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和Th2即IL-6、IL-10、IL-13水平变化及临床意义。方法采用双夹心酶联免疫吸附法检测2011年9月至2016年3月该院收治的42例ITP患者(研究组)经糖皮质激素治疗前后及20例健康志愿者(对照组)外周血清IL-2、IL-3、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10、IL-13水平。结果研究组患者治疗前Th1水平明显高于对照组,Th2水平明显低于对照组,治疗后Th1水平明显低于治疗前,Th2水平明显高于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Th1/Th2失衡与ITP发病有关,糖皮质激素治疗可调整Th1/Th2失衡状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the change of serum Th1(IL-2,IL-3,TNF-α) and Th2(IL-6,IL-10,IL-13) levels and its clinical significance in the patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia(ITP). Methods The levels of serum IL-2,IL-3,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-13 were detected by double sandwich enzyme-linked immunoabsorbent assay(ELISA) before and after treatment in 42 cases of ITP(research group) and 20 healthy volunteers(control group)in our hospital from September 2011 to March 2016. Results The Th1 level before treatment in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the Th2 level was significantly lower than that in the control group,the Th1 level after treatment in the research group was significantly lower than before treatment,while the Th2 level was significantly higher than before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Th1/Th2 imbalance is associated with the onset of ITP and the glucocorticoid therapy can adjust the imbalance status of Th1/Th2.更多还原
