【摘要】 目的探讨百贝益肺饮对复治性肺结核的辅助治疗作用及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2011年2月至2015年2月收治的256例复治肺结核患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方案的不同分为西医抗复治性肺结核方案+百贝益肺饮组(治疗组)和西医抗复治性肺结核方案+安慰剂组(对照组),各128例。西医抗复治性肺结核标准方案为异烟肼+利福平+吡嗪酰胺+乙胺丁醇+链霉素(2HRZES/6HRE);百贝益肺饮每次1袋,每天3次,疗程8个月,安慰剂每次1袋,每天3次,均饭前口服,连续服用8个月。分别观察两组患者临床疗效,利用健康调查简表(SF-36)测定其生活质量。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为91.40%(117/128),显著高于对照组的57.03%(73/128),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=39.523,P<0.01);而两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.571,P>0.05);治疗组患者SF-36中生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛、生命活力、情感职能、心理健康和总体健康评分均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);且生活质量水平分别与工作状况和社会支持呈正相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、自费比例、并发症、焦虑和抑郁呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论百贝益肺饮能够显著提高复治性肺结核的临床疗效,改善患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of Baibeiyifei Decoction on the adjuvant treatment in the patients with re-treated pulmonary tuberculosis(TB) and the influence on the living quality of patients. Methods Totally 256 cases of retreated pulmonary TB from February 2011 to February 2015 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into the West-ern medicine anti-pulmonary TB scheme plus Baibeiyifei Decoction group(treatment group) and Western medicine anti-repeated pulmonary TB scheme plus placebo group(control group),128 cases in each group. The Western medicine anti-pulmonary TB standard scheme was 2HRZES/6HRE;Baibeiyifei Decoction was given 1 bags per time,3 times a day,lasting for 8 months,placebo was 1 bag per time,3 times daily,orally taking before meal and lasting for 8 months. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and the quality of life was measured by SF-36. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.40%(117/128),which was significantly higher than 57.03%(73/128) of control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=39.523,P<0.001);there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(χ2=0.571,P >0.05);The scores of SF,RP,BP,VT,MH,GH,RE and RF in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group with statistical differences(P<0.01);moreover the living quality level was positively correlated with the social support and working situation,while negatively correlated with age,self financed proportion,complications,anxiety and depression(P<0.05).Conclusion Baibeiyifei Decoction can significantly improve the clinical curative effect of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis and improves the quality of life of patients.更多还原
