【摘要】 目的探讨采用品管圈对降低门诊药房内差件数的影响。方法 2012年8月27日至2013年10月7日将品管圈应用于门诊药房药品调配过程,分析造成调配差错的主要原因,制定相应对策并实施,使工作流程细化,评估实施对策后的效果。结果通过该活动,门诊药房调剂内差件数由活动前的20.8件/周下降到活动后的9.1件/周,进步率达55.60%,目标达标率为107.56%。结论品管圈活动能有效降低门诊药房内差件数,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of adopting the Quality Control Cycle(QCC) for reducing the quantity errors in the outpatient pharmacy. Methods QCC was applied in the drug dispensing process in the outpatient pharmacy from August 27,2012 to October 7,2013. The main causes leading to the dispensing errors were analyzed. Then the corresponding strategy was formulated and implemented in order to refine the work process. The effect was evaluated after implementing the strategy. Results The number of quantity errors in the outpatient pharmacy was reduced from 20.8/week to 9.1/week by implementing the QCC activities,the progress rate reached 55.60% and the standard-reaching rate was 107.5%. Conclusion The QCC activities can effectively reduce the number of quantity errors in the outpatient pharmacy and are worthy to be promoted.更多还原
