中国北京市无偿献血者人巨细胞病毒筛查目标人群的选择

【摘要】 目的:在北京市无偿献血人群中寻找人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)抗体阴性比例最高的群组,为特殊临床用血需求建立数据库。方法:随机抽取2518份国家强制性血液筛查项目检测结果合格的无偿献血者血液标本,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)进行HCMV-Ig G抗体检测。对检测结果按献血者不同性别、年龄、文化程度、出生地区进行分析比较。结果:北京市合格无偿献血者HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率为10.68%(269/2518);不同性别相比较,HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率男性为11.84%(210/1774),女性为7.93%(59/744);不同年龄段相比较,HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率18-25岁为13.51%(181/1340),26-30岁为8.68%(62/714),31-35岁为5.60%(26/464),随着年龄的增长HCMVIg G抗体阴性率逐渐降低;不同出生地区相比较,HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率以华北地区京津最高18.59%(50/269);不同文化程度相比较,HCMV-Ig G抗体阴性率以本科及其以上最高13.52%(86/636)。结论:在北京市无偿献血人群中进行HCMV抗体筛查时,需优先选择出生于华北京津地区、本科及其以上文化程度、18-25岁男性人群。该群体的建立为HCMV抗体筛查策略的建立提供了依据。

【Abstract】 Objective: To find a group of the highest proportion of HCM V antibody negative among the voluntary blood donors in Beijing,and to establish a database for the special clinical blood needs. Methods: The blood samples w ere collected from 2518 eligible donors w ho w ere randomly selected according to the national compulsory blood screening programs,the HCM V-Ig G antibody w ere detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay( ELISA).According to blood donors of different sex,age,educational degree,born area,the results of detection w ere analyzed and compared. Results: The HCM V-Ig G antibody negative rate of eligible blood donors in Beijing w as 10. 68%( 269 /2518). According to the different sex,the HCM V-Ig G antibody negative rate w as 11. 84%( 210 /1774) for men,and w as 7. 93%( 59 /744) for w omen. In comparsion w ith different ages,the HCM V-Ig G antibody negative rate of 18- 25 years old men w as 13. 51%( 181 /1340),the HCM V-Ig G antibody negative rate of 26- 30 year old men w as 8. 68%( 62 /714),the HCMV-Ig G antibody negative rate of 31- 35 year old men was 5. 60%( 26 /464). Along with the age grow th,the HCM V-Ig G antibody negative rate gradually decreased. In comparison w ith different born area,the HCM VIg G antibody negative rate w as the highest in area of Beijing and Tianjin( 18. 59%,50 /269). In comparison w ith different educational levels,the HCM V-Ig G antibody negative rate w as the highest in men w ho have achieved bachelor or above( 13. 52%,86 /636). Conclusion: The HCM V antibody screening in the Beijing voluntary blood donors needs to select the 18- 25 year old male population w hose educational level have achieved bachelor or above. The organization or establishment of this group can provide a base for HCM V antibody screening strategy.
