In-Ag/CeO2-γ-Al2O3催化剂上CO-SCR脱除NO的研究
Research on NO Removal by CO-SCR on In-Ag/CeO2-γ-Al2O3 Catalyst
【摘要】 选用CO还原剂及负载不同比例In、Ag活性组分的CeO2-γ-Al2O3催化剂进行脱硝实验,发现8%In-8%Ag具有较高的催化活性,在300450℃温度区间内NO的转化率达到80%以上。研究了不同浓度CO、CO2和H2O对8%In-8%Ag/CeO2-γ-Al2O3催化剂的影响,结果显示CO与NO体积比为1.5时,NO脱除率最高,且该催化剂具有较强的抗H2O、抗CO2存在性能,在有H2O和CO2的环境下催化剂仍有较强的脱硝活性。BET实验研究结果表明,8%In-8%Ag/CeO2-γ-Al2O3催化剂具有较高的比表面积和较大的孔容,XRD和XPS分析揭示了In、Ag主要以In2O3与Ag2O形式存在,且二者之间具有强相互作用而促使AgInO2形成,从而使得8%In-8%Ag/CeO2-γ-Al2O3催化剂具有高催化活性。
【Abstract】 Denitration experiment was conducted with CO reducing agent and CeO2-γ-Al2O3 catalyst loaded with In and Ag active components of different proportion.The results show that the catalyst with 8%In-8% Ag has the highest catalytic activity,and the conversion rate of NO is over 80% at 300450 ℃.The effects were studied of the concentration of CO,CO2 and H2O on 8% In-8%Ag/CeO2-γ-Al2O3 catalytic activity.The results show that when volume ratio of CO to NO is equal to 1.5,NO removal rate is the highest,and the catalyst also has strong H2O and CO2 resistance with strong denitration activity in an environment containing H2O and CO2.BET experiment shows that 8%In-8%Ag/CeO2-γ-Al2O3 catalyst has large specific surface area and pore volume.Data from XRD and XPS show that In and Ag exist mainly in the forms of In2O3 and Ag2O in the catalyst,and they strongly interact to promote the formation of AgInO2,resulting in the high catalytic activity of 8%In-8%Ag/CeO2-γ-Al2O3.
