【摘要】 目的探讨在自体骨听骨链重建中,利用鼓索神经弹压对移植听骨稳定性的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析19例(20耳)中耳炎手术患者,均行开放式乳突切开+鼓室成形术,采用自体骨修整后行听骨链重建,并采用鼓索神经弹压固定,随访半年至2年,观察其临床治疗效果。结果所有患者随访期内均获得干耳,无移植听骨脱落或排除,无面瘫发生,1例患者遗留鼓膜小穿孔,1例患者术后出现味觉异常,经保守治疗1月后恢复正常。结论利用鼓索神经对移植听骨进行弹压固定,可增加移植听骨的稳定,减少听骨链重建术后移植骨移位的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical curative effect on the stability of the autograft reconstruction of ossicular chain with the?elasticity of chorda tympani nerve. Methods A retrospective analysis of 19 cases(20 ears) of patients with otitis media surgery,who were operated by open mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty. They all used the autograft reconstruction of ossicular chain and the chorda tympani nerve elasticity fixation. We observed its clinical therapeutic effect after half a year to 2 years follow-up. Results During the follow-up period, all patients obtained dry ear, without auditory ossicle shedding or excluded, no facial nerve paralysis occured, 1 case of patients left small tympanic membrane perforation, 1 case of patients who appeared abnormal taste returned to normal after 1 month conservative treatment. Conclusions The use of the elasticity of chorda tympani nerve can increase the stability of the transplanted ossicular and reduce the postoperative complications.更多还原
