【摘要】 目的 研究非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征合并高甘油三酯血症腰围表型(HTWP)患者的临床特征和冠状动脉评分。方法 回顾性分析2014年4月至2015年12月在秦皇岛市第一医院心内科就诊的非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征患者的临床特征和冠状动脉评分及其危险因素。结果共入选226例患者,年龄(60.5±9.6)岁,男性155例,HTWP组99例(43.8%)。HTWP组腰围、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和空腹血糖均高于无HTWP组[(98.7±9.0)cm比(93.2±10.1)cm、(2.71±1.46)mmol/L比(1.31±0.46)mmol/L、(4.78±1.03)mmol/L比(4.07±1.00)mmol/L、(3.16±0.98)mmol/L比(2.55±0.84)mmol/L、(6.79±2.74)mmol/L比(6.06±1.75)mmol/L,P均<0.05],高密度脂蛋白胆固醇则低于无HTWP组[(1.05±0.66)mmol/L比(1.15±0.30)mmol/L,P<0.05],而冠状动脉评分高于无HTWP组[(18.3±15.5)分比(15.2±14.3)分,P<0.05]。多元回归分析显示,冠状动脉评分与HTWP、空腹血糖和甘油三酯相关,其标准化回归系数分别为0.192、0.179和0.143(P<0.05)。结论非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征合并HTWP患者冠状动脉评分较高,且冠状动脉病变评分与HTWP、空腹血糖和甘油三酯相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical characteristics and coronary scores of patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS) and hypertriglyceridemic waist phenotype(HTWP).Methods This was a retrospective cohort study.Patients admitted to our hospital with NSTE-ACS from April2014 to December 2015 were enrolled.Clinical characteristics,coronary scores and their risk factors were analyzed.Results A total of 262 patients were enrolled.They were 60.5±9.6 years.Male patients were 155.Patients with HTWP were 99(43.8%).Levels of waist circumference,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and fasting blood glucose in HTWP group were higher than that in non-HTWP group[(98.7±9.0)cm vs(93.2±10.1)cm,(2.71±1.46)mmol/Lvs(1.31±0.46)mmol/L,(4.78±1.03)mmol/L vs(4.07±1.00)mmol/L,(3.16±0.98)mmol/L vs(2.55±0.84)mmol/L,(6.79±2.74)mmol/L vs(6.06±1.75)mmol/L,P<0.05 for all indicators].The level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in HTWP group was lower[(1.05 ±0.66)mmol/L vs(1.15 ±0.30)mmol/L,P<0.05].Coronary scores in HTWP group were higher than that in non-HTWP group t(18.3±15.5)points vs(l5.2±14.3)points,P<0.05].HTWP,fasting blood gl ucose and triglyceride were related with coronary scores,and their standardized regression coefficients were 0.192,0.179 and 0.143,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary scores were higher in patients with HTWP.HTWP,fasting blood glucose and triglyceride were related with coronary scores.更多还原
