电解光整加工齿轮齿面的试验研究
Research on the experiments of electrochemical finishing gear teeth surface
【摘要】 利用直线刃阴极进行电解光整加工齿轮齿面的试验和加工精度分析研究,试验结果表明,加工过程中电场和流场是影响加工精度的主要因素。基于ANSYS和CFD软件对加工过程中的电场和流场进行数值模拟,分析工具阴极与齿面的相对位置对电流密度、电解液流速和压力分布的影响,为后续试验的改进奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The experiments of electrochemical finishing gear teeth surface with linear edge cathode were carried out and the machining precision was analyzed. The results of experiment showed that the electrical field and the flow field were the major factors which influenced the machining precision. The numerical simulations of the electrical field and the flow field were developed based on ANSYS and CFD software. The results of numerical simulations indicated that the electric density,the flow velocity and the pressure were influenced by the relative location between cathode and workpiece. The followed experiments could be improved based on the simulations.
