参数化编程在大型锥筒形零件加工中的应用

【摘要】 参数化编程是以参数作为数据或指令的一种编程方法,具有计算简单、更改容易和应用广泛的特点;所编制的参数程序形式自由,功能强大,只需改变所设定的参数值即可用于加工各种形状类似的零件。以西门子数控系统为例,阐述了参数化编程在大型锥筒形零件加工中的应用,通过采用参数化编程,可以减轻技术人员的计算负担,大幅提高设备的利用率和零件的生产效率。

【Abstract】 Parametric programming is a programming method which uses parameters as data or instructions. This method has advantages of simple calculation,easy alteration and wide application. Program established by this method have free forms and powerful functions. Only changing the given parameters,the same program can be used to process different parts which have similar shapes. Application of parametric programming in large conical parts processing was illustrated and it is indicated that calculating workload will be decreased and rate of equipment utilization and production efficiency will be raise substantially if parametric programming method is employed.
