新型电子机械制动系统设计
The design of new electro-mechanical brake system
【摘要】 阐述了电子机械制动系统主要结构,选用控制器局域网络(Controller Area Network,CAN)总线为系统总线网络,选用STC90C516RD+系列单片机、AQMD2410NS电动机驱动器和合适规格的传感器,并设计了制动踏板。各器件之间正确相连后与制动执行机构和制动盘连接,搭建电子机械制动系统实物样机并进行实验。通过PC分析得出踏板位移与电动机电枢电压、输出力矩之间的关系曲线,以及制动执行机构负载特性曲线。结果表明样机装置性能安全可靠,为新能源电动汽车制动系统研究提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Introduced the main structure of the electro-mechanical brake system. Using CAN bus system as bus network,use STC90C516 RD + series microcontrollers,AQMD2410 NS motor driver and appropriate specifications,designed the brake pedal sensor. Connected the devices properly,and connected the brake actuator and brake disc to build the electro-mechanical brake system. Obtained curves of relationship between pedal displacement,motor armature voltage and output torque by PC analysis. Obtained the brake actuator load curve as well. The results showed that the test performance of the prototype device is safe and reliable,which would provide a theoretical basis for the study of new energy vehicles electric brake system.
