轧制Fe83Ga17Er0.4合金的磁致伸缩性能及显微组织
Magnetostriction and Microstructure of Roliled Fe83Ga17Er0.4 Alloy
【摘要】 研究了Fe83Ga17Er0.4轧态合金不同热处理方式下的磁致伸缩性能及显微组织,并对比了不同热处理前后合金的性能及显微组织的变化,结果表明,700℃保温3 h淬火处理后,抑制了合金中的富Er相的形成,合金的磁致伸缩性能从37×10-6提高到56×10-6,磁致伸缩的增大是由于合金冷却过程中出现不同的相结构,且具有择优取向的样品性能较好。
【Abstract】 We studied the magnetic scalability and microstructure of Fe83Ga17Er0.4 rolling state alloy under different heat treatment methods and compared properties and microstructure of alloy before and after heat treatment. Result shows that 700℃ for 3 h and then quenched,the quenching treatment can inhibit the formation of the alloy Er- rich phase and the scalability of the magnetic alloy can be improved from 37 × 10-6 to 56 × 10-6,the increase of the magnetic expansion is due to the different phase structure in the process of the alloy cooling,and has better performance of the sample with the preferred orientation.
