【摘要】 基于"波特方格"理论探讨苹果动新闻伦理失范行为:引入与新闻事实无关的动漫想象与艺术表述,新闻表述失去了准确性;为了获取"新奇的市井故事"网络贩售收益,表现出高度的坚韧性;围绕"裸体与尸体+枕头与拳头"等卖点,剥夺了新闻当事人的隐私与人权,缺乏互惠性;专注情色凶杀,报道题材缺乏多样性;为了获得资本收益而撕裂社会,丧失了媒体生存的社区和谐。以丑恶现象为报道选题,迷失了报道方向,无法"看清事实";基于"功利主义"进行新闻伦理抉择,抛弃了对于社会整体利益的忠诚。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the anomies in the journalism ethics relevant to the news value and topic selection of the Next Media Animation(NMA) based on the Potter Box. In terms of the news value,due to the introduction of imagination and artistic expression with the method of animation irrelevant to the news facts,the content of animated news loses the accuracy; to gain the monopolistic returns of novel stories about street life sold on the Internet,high tenacity is shown; centering on the selling point created by "the nude and the dead plus the pillow and the fist",the privacy and the human rights of the parties concerned in the cases are deprived of,leading to a lack of reciprocity; focusing on the pornographic and murder cases,there is a lack of diversity in reporting materials; the NMT have ripped apart the Taiwan society for capital gains,lost the community harmony for media survival. In terms of topic selection,as the topic is selected from vulgar and ugly phenomena based on the segments under the category of social entertainment news,the reporting orientation is lost,and there is "a mist around the facts"; journalism ethical decisions are made under the guidance of the utilitarianism,to seek after the "happiness from the surplus value and the monopoly of segments",and thus the NMA has abandoned its loyalty to the overall interests of the society.更多还原
