【摘要】 共同但有区别的责任原则是《联合国气候变化框架公约》和《京都议定书》确认的国际社会应对气候变化基本原则。但是在后京都谈判进程中,面临着被重新解释和修正的挑战。面对新的发展形势和谈判情境,发展中国家要坚守共同但有区别在应对气候变化谈判中的地位,需要对共同但有区别的责任原则的气候正义内涵重新审视,正视原则适用中面临的问题,积极参与并推动国际社会气候变化谈判。更多还原

【Abstract】 The principle of common but differentiated responsibility,which is confirmated as the basic principle in United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and Kyoto Protocol,is the foundation and the core of international cooperation on climate change. But in the Kyoto process,facing challenges of reinterpreted and correction. Facing the new situation of development and negotiation situation,developing countries should stick to common but differentiated in response to climate change negotiations,need to re- examine environmental justice connotation,in order to gain the initiative and flexible negotiating position,actively participate in and promote the international climate change negotiations.更多还原
