【Abstract】 On March 28,2015,a paper on vision and action to realize cooperative construction of"The Silk Road Economic Belt and Maritime Silk Road of 21 st century 21"was released,which meant the initiative of One Belt and One Road was promoted both at home and abroad as state will after nearly two years brew. The diplomatic thoughts containing in the One Belt and One Road initiative are inheritance and innovation of Chinese traditional culture and diplomatic notion,the extension of China Dream diplomatic strategy.
