施氮量和留叶数对烤烟K326碳代谢和品质的影响

【摘要】 研究不同施氮量和留叶数对烤烟K326碳代谢和产质量的影响,施氮量3个水平(4kg/667m2,8kg/667m2和12kg/667m2),留叶数3个水平(14片/株、18片/株和22片/株),两因素采用裂区设计,共有9个处理.研究表明,施氮量对碳代谢关键酶淀粉酶和蔗糖磷酸合成酶活力影响都达到显著水平,留叶数对蔗糖磷酸合成酶影响达到极显著水平,两者交互作用对蔗糖磷酸合成酶活力达到极显著水平.化学成分方面,在施氮量为4kg/667m2~8kg/667m2、留叶数为14~18片/株变化显著,在高氮水平和高留叶数水平时变化不显著.施氮量为8kg/667m2,留叶数为18~22片/株的处理田间长势和上等烟率均高,经济效益最好.

【Abstract】 The effect of nitrogen rates and the number of leaves remained on carbon metabolism,yield and quality of flue-Cured tobacco K326 were studied by field experiments.There are three levels of nitrogen fertilizer(4kg/667 m2,8kg/667 m~2 and 12kg/667 m~2)and three levels leaf population(14,18,22),two factors using the split-plot design and a total of nine treats.The results showed that the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on carbon metabolism amylase and sucrose phosphate synthase activity were significant.The effect of leaf population on sucrose phosphate synthase activity was extremely significant.The interactions between of nitrogen fertilizer and leaf population reached an extremely significant level on sucrose phosphate synthase activity.On the aspect of chemical composition,there was a significant level in nitrogen fertilizer 4kg/667m~2-8kg/667m~2 and leaves remained 14-18 pieces per plant,however,when high nitrogen levels and high leaf population did not change significantly.On the whole,the treat of nitrogen fertilizer 8kg/667m~2 and leaf population 18-22 pieces is the best on growing field,economy benefits and rate of first class tobacco.
