Cu2+对离体培养的红花百里香不定芽生长及挥发油的影响

【摘要】 以离体培养的红花百里香不定芽为材料,采用不同浓度CuCl2处理,测定不定芽的各种指标,研究Cu2+对红花百里香不定芽的增殖生长及挥发油的影响.结果表明,低浓度的CuCl2可以促进红花百里香不定芽的增殖生长,而高浓度的CuCl2起抑制作用;其中50μmol/L的CuCl2对不定芽的增殖效果最好,增殖系数高达20.35,精油含量达到27.25‰,提高了23.98%,且颜色更深.说明一定浓度的Cu2+能促进红花百里香不定芽的增殖生长,增强其抗逆性,促进百里香挥发油的合成积累,改变其成分组成.

【Abstract】 The adventitious buds of Thyme serpylluminduced in in vitro culture were treated by Cu2+at different concentrations,and then various indicators were measured to investigate effect of Cu2+on their growth and essential oil.The results showed that low concentrations of Cu2+facilitated the proliferation of the adventitious buds while high concentrations of Cu2+inhibited it.Of all the concentrations of CuCl2 studied,the treatment of 50μmol/L gave the highest proliferation coefficient(20.35)and the highest essential oil content(27.25‰),which was 23.98% more than the control,and the color of the essential oil was deeper.Therefore,the study showed that the addition of Cu2+at a suitable concentration could promote the proliferation of adventitious buds of T.serpyllumand enhance their resistance,and promote the accumulation of essential oil and change its composition.
