N,N’-二(N’’-(氨基乙基)-2,3-二羟基苯甲酰胺)丙二酰胺的合成及其对铀酰离子的螯合性能
Synthesis of N,N’-bis( N’ ’-( Aminoethyl)-2,3-bis( Hydroxy) Benzamide)Malonamide and the Chelating Properties with Uranyl Ion
【摘要】 通过苄基保护酚羟基、Boc单保护乙二胺等反应合成一种新型四齿螯合剂N,N’-二(N’’-(氨基乙基)-2,3-二羟基苯甲酰胺)丙二酰胺;采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)和核磁共振碳谱(13C NMR)对产物结构进行表征;测定了配体的质子化常数及其与铀酰离子配合物的稳定常数,并计算了p UO2值(=-log[UO2]游离)。结果表明,N,N’-二(N’’-(氨基乙基)-2,3-二羟基苯甲酰胺)丙二酰胺是一种潜在的铀酰离子促排剂,其与铀酰离子配合物的稳定常数达到35.68,pUO2值达到20.85。
【Abstract】 A novel tetradentate chelating agent N,N’- bis( N’ ’-( aminoethyl)- 2,3- bis( hydroxy)benzamide) malonamide was successfully synthesized by a series of reactions such as benzyl protecting phenolic hydroxyl and Boc- monoprotecting ethylenediamine. The compounds were characterized via Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FT- IR),nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy(1H NMR) and carbon spectroscopy(13C NMR). The protonation constants of the ligand and the stability constants of the complexes of ligand and uranyl ion were determined and also the p UO2value( =- log[UO2]free)was calculated. The results show that N,N’- bis( N’ ’-( aminoethyl)- 2,3- bis( hydroxy) benzamide)malonamide is a potential decorporating agent for uranyl ion with the stability constant of complex with uranyl ion and the p UO2 value up to 35. 68 and 20. 85,respectively.
