【摘要】 目的探讨空心螺钉内固定法治疗Weber B型踝关节骨折的疗效。方法选取80例Weber B型踝关节骨折的患者,年龄31~78岁,按入院时间段分为两组,对照组(39例)采用切开复位内固定法治疗,观察组(41例)采用空心螺钉内固定法治疗。观察比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、愈合时间、骨折愈合率、AOFAS足踝评分及切口感染、畸形愈合、内固定物断裂等并发症发生率,评价空心螺钉内固定法的疗效。结果观察组在手术时间、愈合时间、术中出血量以及踝关节功能恢复上,均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组在术后切口感染、畸形愈合、内固定物断裂等并发症发生率比较,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论空心螺钉内固定法治疗Weber B型踝关节骨折,手术创伤小,出血少,术后愈合速度快,踝关节功能恢复良好,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective to explore the efficacy of internal fixation with hollow screws in the treatment of ankle fractures of Weber B type. Methods A total of 80 patients with ankle fractures of Weber B type aged 31-78 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission time: the control group(n =39) was treated with open reduction and internal fixation method and the observation group(n =41) was treated with internal fixation with hollow screws. The duration of operation, intraoperative amount of bleeding, healing time, healing rate, AOFAS ankle score and the incidence of such complications as incision infection, malunion and fracture of internal fixture in the two groups were observed and the efficacy of internal fixation with hollow screws was evaluated.Results The duration of operation, healing time, intraoperative amount of bleeding and recovery of ankle function in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P < 0.05), while the difference of the incidence of such complications as incision infection, malunion and fracture of internal fixture between the two groups was of no statistical significance(P > 0.05). Conclusion The treatment of ankle fractures of Weber B type with internal fixation with hollow screws has such advantages as minor operative wound,less amount of bleeding, quick healing and good recovery of ankle function after the operation, and is worth clinical popularization and application.更多还原
