喷雾吹风系统在南方肉牛畜舍应用效果
The effect of spraying ventilation cooling system on beef cattle barn in South area of China
【摘要】 为研究喷雾吹风系统在南方畜舍内降温效果,随机选择2个畜舍,对照组安装传统吊扇,试验组安装风机喷雾系统。试验进行6 d,每天08:00-19:00打开降温系统,分别在10:00、14:00和18:00测量环境指标和生理指标。结果表明:试验畜舍环境温度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),风速显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照畜舍N2O、NH3和CO浓度分别高于试验畜舍3.8%、8.7%和6.7%,且差异均显著(P<0.05);每天10:00、14:00和18:00,对照组呼吸速率显著高于试验组13、21.4和20.5次/min(P<0.05),直肠温度高于对照组0.33、0.39和0.28℃(P<0.05),皮温高于对照组1.76、2.37和0.68℃(P<0.05)。结果提示:喷雾吹风降温系统能够降低畜舍环境温度,改善空气质量,显著降低家畜呼吸速率、直肠温度和皮温,缓解家畜热应激,提高夏季肉牛经济效益。
【Abstract】 To determine the effect of spraying and ventilation on beef cattle barn in South area of China,two barns were randomly chosen,one was control with ceiling system and the other was treatment installed spraying ventilation cooling system. The cooling system was open from 08: 00 to 19: 00 for 6 days. Weather data and physiological indices were collected at 10: 00 14: 00 and 18: 00,respectively during experiment. The result showed that the ambient temperature of treatment was decreased compared with control( P < 0. 05),while its wind speed was increased( P < 0. 05). The density of Dinitrogen oxide,Ammonia and Carbon monoxide were 3. 8%,8. 7% and 6. 7% significontly decreased in treatment compared with control( P < 0. 05). At 10: 00,14: 00 and 18: 00,the respiration rate of control were 13,21. 4 and 20. 5 breath per minute higher( P < 0. 05),the rectal temperature were 0. 33,0. 39 and 0. 28 ℃ higher( P < 0. 05),the surface temperature were 1. 76,2. 37 and 0. 68 ℃ higher( P < 0. 05) than those of treatment. In conclusion,the system of spraying ventilation can decrease the ambient temperature,improve the air quality of barn,decrease the respiration rate,rectal temperature and surface temperature significantly,relieve the heat stress of beef cattle and increase economic profit of beef cattle production.
