【Abstract】 In order to comprehensively govern the livestock and poultry pollution,Linze county lead into the third-party governance mechanism during the controlling of livestock and poultry pollution.Especially,the project about the comprehensive utilization of agricultural waste by producing 350,000 tons biological organic fertilizer in Shenghua’nong Biotechnology Ltd.is generalized in Linze county.People can produce biological organic fertilizer using livestock and poultry feces as raw material so as to ease the pollution to the environment,in order to realize the comprehensive circulation utilization of waste.更多还原
