【摘要】 目的:考察CO₂激光联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗女性尖锐湿疣临床效果。方法:将60例女性尖锐湿疣患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予CO₂激光联合阿昔洛韦软膏治疗,观察组患者给予CO₂激光联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗。1个月为1个疗程,治疗1个疗程,随访3个月。比较两组患者治疗有效率、不良反应和复发率。结果:观察组患者有效率为96.7%（29/30）显著高于对照组的80.0%（24/30）（χ2=4.043,P<0.05）。观察组患者出现13例（43.3%）不良反应与对照组的12例（40.0%）相比差异无统计学意义（χ2=0.069,P>0.05）。随访期间观察组脱组1例、对照组脱组2例,观察组患者复发2例（6.7%）显著低于对照组的8例（26.7%）（χ2=4.320,P<0.05）。结论:CO₂激光联合5%咪喹莫特乳膏治疗女性尖锐湿疣有效率更高且复发率低,具有临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To investigate theCO₂laser combined with 5% Imiquimod Cream in the treatment of female condyloma acuminatum. Methods: 60 female with condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated byCO₂laser combined with acyclovir ointment and observation group were treated withCO₂laser combined with 5% imiquimod cream,a month as a course of treatment. All patients were followed up for three months. The treatment efficiency,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between two groups. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 96. 7%（ 29 /30） which significantly higher than 80. 0%（ 24 /30） in control group（ χ2= 4. 043,P < 0. 05）.There were 12 cases of adverse reaction in observation group which had no significant difference from the 13 cases in control group（ χ2= 0. 069,P > 0. 05）. During the follow- up period,a case in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group were lost. There were 2 cases of recurrence in the observation group,significantly lower than the8 cases in control group（ χ2= 4. 320,P < 0. 05）.
