【摘要】 目的:探讨解脲支原体(Uu)、沙眼衣原体感染(Ct)与异位妊娠的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2012年9月至2014年11月期间于我院妇产科收治的110例异位妊娠患者为研究组,选取同期在本院就诊的健康孕妇110例为对照组,分别采集两组孕妇宫颈管分泌物进行支原体培养以及衣原体抗原检测。结果:研究组的Uu感染率为50.9%,Ct感染率为16.3%,Uu和Ct感染率为5.4%,对照组Uu感染率为21.8%,Ct的感染率为3.6%,Uu和Ct感染率为1.8%,结果显示,研究组中Uu、Ct、Uu和Ct混合感染率分别高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两次以上输卵管妊娠患者Uu、Ct、Uu和Ct混合感染率均显著高于初次输卵管妊娠患者,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:支原体、衣原体感染是目前引起输卵管炎症、引发输卵管妊娠的主要原因之一。流产后支原体、衣原体感染与异位妊娠的有着密不可分的联系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To discuss the correlation between mycoplasma,chlamydia infection and ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 110 patients with ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from September 2012 to November 2014 were selected as research group and retrospectively analyzed,while another 110 healthy pregnant women in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The cervix secretion of the two groups was collected for mycoplasma culture and chlamydial antigen detection. Results: In the research group,the Uu infection rate was50. 9%( n = 56); computed tomography( Ct) infection rate was 16. 3%( n = 18); Ct and Uu infection rate was5. 4%( n = 6). In the control group,the Uu infection rate was of 21. 8%( n = 24); computed tomography( Ct)infection rate was 3. 6%( n = 4); Uu and Ct infection rate was 1. 8%( n = 2). The Uu,Ct,Ct and Uu infection rates in the research group were all higher than the control group,with statistically significant difference( P <0. 05). The Uu,Ct,Ct and Uu infection rates of patients having twice or more times of tubal pregnancy experience were significantly higher than those of primary tubal pregnancy,with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05).Conclusion: Mycoplasma and chlamydia infection is among the main causes of tubal inflammation and tubal preg-nancy. After miscarriage,infection of mycoplasma and chlamydia is closely related to ectopic pregnancy.更多还原
