【摘要】 目的:观察大补阴丸对单纯性乳房早发育女孩之正常青春期乳房发育的后续影响。方法:在儿童内分泌门诊因乳房发育来就诊的8~10岁青春期体检女童中,选择151人进入本研究,其中既往曾患有单纯性乳房发育,经口服大补阴丸治愈的性早熟女童75人作为观察组,既往无性早熟病史的正常青春期女童76人作为对照组。对比两组女童的乳腺长径、子宫、卵巢体积大小,>4mm卵泡数量,血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及雌二醇(E2)的基础值。结果:观察组与对照组之间比较的数据无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:大补阴丸治疗单纯性乳房早发育性早熟是安全的,对女童之后的正常青春期后续乳房发育无明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To observe the effect of Dabuyinwan on the breast development of normal adolescent girls with early development of breast after puberty.Methods:151 girls( aged from 8 ~ 10 years) who came to pediatric endocrinology clinic for physical examination because of early breast development were selected.75 of them were previously diagnosed with premature thelarche and treated with Dabuyin pills were recorded as observation group and76 of them with no history of breast development were recorded as the control group.The breast diameter,uterine size,ovarian volume,number of follicles > 4mm,serum luteinizing hormone( LH),follicle-stimulating hormone( FSH) and estrogen( E2) between the two groups were compared.Results:No significant difference was found between the two groups( P > 0.05).Conclusions:The treatment of Dabuyin pills to premature thelarche is safe,with no significant effect on normal breast development for adolescent girls.更多还原
