【摘要】 目的:了解本地区支原体感染及药物敏感情况,为指导临床合理用药提供理论依据。方法:对2014年来我院皮肤性病门诊进行支原体检测患者的培养及药敏结果进行回顾性统计分析。结果:1350例标本中支原体培养阳性559例(41.41%),其中Uu感染383例(28.37%),MH感染22例(1.63%),混合感染154例(11.41%);男性患者支原体培养阳性492例(39.87%),女性患者支原体培养阳性67例(57.76%),女性患者支原体感染阳性率明显高于男性患者(P﹤0.01)。Uu对交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素、加替沙星这4种抗菌药物敏感性较高,敏感率大于70%,对克林霉素、甲砜霉素耐药显著;MH对美满霉素、交沙霉素、强力霉素敏感性较高,但与Uu敏感药物比较,可选择药物范围比较窄,对克拉霉素、罗红霉素、红霉素、阿奇霉素耐药性显著。结论:支原体对大部分抗菌药物产生不同程度的耐药性,本文建议使用对Uu和MH都较敏感的美满霉素、交沙霉素和强力霉素治疗泌尿生殖道支原体感染,并强调男女双方共同治疗,减缓耐药菌株的产生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To investigate the mycoplasma infection status and drug sensitive situation so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical rational treatment.Methods:The culture and drug sensitive results of mycoplasma test of patients at our dermatology and STD clinic in 2014 were analyzed.Results:Among 1350 patients,there were 559 cases( 41.41%) with positive result of mycoplasma culture,383 cases( 28.37%) of Uu infection,22 cases( 1.63%) of MH infection and 154 cases( 11.41%) of mixed infection.The infection of male and female patients with mycoplasma were 492 cases( 39.87%) and 67 cases( 57.76%),respectively.It was significant that the Mycoplssma infection rate in female was higher than that in male( P < 0.01).Uu was sensitive to the josamycin,doxycycline,minocycline and gatifloxacin,the sensitive rate was above 70%,and it was resistant to the clindamycin and thiamphenicol significantly.MH was sensitive to the minocycline,josamycin and doxycycline,but compared with the Uu sensitive drugs,the optional drug scope was relatively narrow.MH was resistant to clarithromycin,roxithromycin,erythromycin and azithromycin significantly.Conclusions:Mycoplasma is resistant to most antimicrobial drug.Minocycline,josamycin and doxycycline can be used to treat the urogenital tract infection of Uu and MH.Male and female patients should be treated at the same time to slow down the generation of drug fast strains.更多还原
