60Co-γ辐射对光果甘草种子耐盐性影响的研究

【摘要】 筛选有助于提升光果甘草种子耐盐性能的最佳辐射剂量,为发展其在盐碱荒漠和盐渍化弃耕地中的人工种植提供重要指导建议。应用辐射诱变技术,研究经不同剂量的60Co-γ射线辐射处理的光果甘草种子在高盐胁迫条件下的萌发特性,比较不同处理下的种子在高浓度Na2SO4胁迫下的萌发率、累积萌发率和萌发指数。结果表明:未经辐射处理的光果甘草种子的萌发率与盐浓度之间呈负相关,随着盐浓度的升高,萌发率显著降低,起始萌发的时间推迟以及达到最大萌发率所需的时间延长。但经100 Gy和300 Gy的60Co-γ辐射处理后的光果甘草种子,不仅在高盐环境中的萌发率极显著高于零辐射组,而且种子萌发时间明显缩短。合适剂量的60Co-γ辐射处理确实能够有效提高光果甘草种子在Na2SO4胁迫环境下的萌发率,在种植时,应针对土壤中的Na2SO4浓度选择相应的60Co-γ辐射剂量进行处理。

【Abstract】 The purpose of the study was to select the optimal radiation dosage, which was very important to improve the salt resistance of Glycyrrhiza glabra seed, and to provide guidance for the development of artificial cultivation of licorice in saline- alkali desert soil. Radiation induced mutation technology was used to investigate the germination pattern of Glycyrrhiza glabra seed under severe salt stress after 60Co-γ radiation with different doses. The seed germination rate, cumulative germination rate and germination index under high concentration of Na2SO4 stress were compared. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between salt concentration and the germination rate of Glycyrrhiza glabra seed without radiation, with the increase of salt concentration, the germination rate significantly decreased, initial germination time was postponed, and the time to reach the maximum germination rate was extended. The seed which was treated by100 Gy and 300 Gy 60Co-γ radiation had significantly higher germination rate than the seed without radiation treatment, and the germination time was significantly shorter under Na2SO4 stress environment. The appropriate doses of 60Co-γ radiation treatment could effectively improve seeds germination of Glycyrrhiza glabra under severe salt stress condition. In conclusion, seeds should be treated with certain doses of 60Co-γ according to the concentration of Na2SO4 in soil before sowing.
