【摘要】 目的了解新疆不同民族乙型病毒性肝炎(HBV)感染状况,为制定HBV防治对策提供依据。方法收集新疆医科大学第一附属医院2014年就诊的903例HBV患者血样,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HBV感染指标并进行统计学分析。结果 903例HBV患者中,男性512例(57.6%),女性391例(43.3%),男性乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)阳性率明显高于女性(P<0.05);汉族患者HBsAg阳性率为91.47%,维吾尔族、哈萨克族、蒙古族、回族、俄罗斯族HBsAg阳性率分别为6.2%、1.22%、0.55%、0.44%、0.11%;31~40岁年龄段患者HbsAg阳性率为30.68%。结论新疆不同民族中HBV患者分布最多的是汉族人群,不同性别及年龄分布也存在差异,应进一步加强不同民族人群HBV防疫知识的宣传力度,并制定相应的防治措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the hepatitis B virus infection status in different ethnics in Xinjiang to provide the basis for the prevention of HBV.Methods A total of 903 HBV patients′samples were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,ELISA was carried out for the detection of hepatitis B virus infection indicators and statistical analysis was performed.Results Among the 903 HBV patients,512 were male(57.6%),and 391 were female(43.3%).The positive rate of HBsAg in male was significantly higher than that in female(P <0.05).HBV patients dominated by Han nationality(91.47%),followed by the Uygur,Kazak,Mongolia,Hui,Russian(Accounted 6.2%,1.22%,0.55%,0.44%,0.11%),young adults mainly(30.68%).Conclusion The largest distribution of HBV patients in different ethnic groups in Xinjiang is Han population,there were also differences in gender and age distribution.It is necessary to strengthen the work of propaganda of HBV prevention knowledge among all ethnic groups and formulate corresponding control measures.更多还原
