【摘要】 目的探讨维吾尔族2型糖尿病患者抑郁状态和生活质量与其低血糖反应的关系。方法选取2013年11月-2014年7月116例维吾尔族2型糖尿病(T2MD)患者为研究对象,对患者行抑郁状态评分和生活质量评分。以入院前半年内出现过低血糖反应的患者为研究组(64例),未出现低血糖反应的52例患者为对照组。对两组患者的抑郁状态评分和生活质量评分进行统计学分析,并分析T2MD低血糖反应的危害。结果 (1)对照组患者的躯体健康总评和心理健康总评得分均明显高于研究组患者(P<0.05),对照组患者的PHQ-9评分分布和研究组患者相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)躯体健康总评[OR值为0.975(95%CI(0.961-1.023)]、心理健康总评[OR值为0.884(95%CI(0.759-0.975)]、PHQ-9[OR值为1.352(95%CI(1.148-1.514)]对维吾尔族T2DM患者低血糖反应有影响,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维吾尔族族2型糖尿病患者抑郁状态和生活质量与其低血糖反应之间相互影响、密不可分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between depression status,quality of life and the hypoglycemia response in Uygur patients with type 2diabetes mellitus.Methods From November 2013 to July 2014,116 cases of Uygur patients with type 2diabetes mellitus(T2MD)were collected and investigated the patients depression score and life quality score.64 patients having low glycemic response within half a year before admission were divided into the study group,the other 52 patients cases without hypoglycemia wereas control group.with depression scores and life quality scores of two groups of patients were statistically analyzed,and harm analysis of T2 MD hypoglycemia reaction.Results(1)In control group,the scores of physical component summary and mental component summary were significantly higher than those of the patients in the study group(P <0.05).,the PHQ-9scores of the research objects was different between the control group and study group,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05);(2)The physical component summary[value 0.975((95%CI0.961-1.023)],psychological health global impression[value is 0.884(95%CI0.759-0.975)],the PHQ-9[value was 1.352(95%CI1.148-1.514)]influenced the hypoglycemia reaction of Uygur patients with type 2diabetes,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion The depression,the quality of life and hypoglycemia reaction in Uygur nationality patients with type 2 diabetes were influenced each other.更多还原
