【摘要】 目的探讨小剂量布诺芬缓释胶囊治疗正畸患者疼痛的可行性及安全性,为正畸患者的疼痛治疗提供参考依据。方法回顾性分析2015年6月到2016年1月收治的方丝弓矫正治疗后出现疼痛的患者60例。小剂量布诺芬缓释胶囊治疗组30例,常规剂量布诺芬缓释胶囊组30例,观察两组患者服药治疗后的疼痛缓解情况及药物不良反应事件发生情况,分析其治疗效果及安全性。结果治疗前,两组正畸患者的VSA疼痛评分比较,P>0.05,无统计学差异,具有可比性。组内比较,小剂量布诺芬缓释胶囊治疗组治疗前VSA疼痛评分与首次服药后2h、第二次服药后2h、治疗后第2d、3d、4d、5d、6d、7d的各时间点的VSA疼痛评分比较均降低,P<0.05,均具有统计学差异。常规剂量布诺芬缓释胶囊治疗组治疗前VSA疼痛评分与首次服药后2h、第二次服药后2h、治疗后第2d、3d、4d、5d、6d、7d的各时间点的VSA疼痛评分比较均降低,P<0.05,均具有统计学差异。组间比较,小剂量布诺芬缓释胶囊治疗组首次服药后2h、第二次服药后2h、治疗后第2d、3d、4d、5d、6d、7d的各时间点的VSA疼痛评分高于常规剂量组相应的时间点VSA疼痛评分,P<0.05,具有统计学差异。治疗过程中,两组患者均未出现药物不良反应事件。结论小剂量布诺芬缓释胶囊治疗正畸疼痛是安全、有效的,但是疼痛缓解效果不及常规剂量,临床上需综合考虑,权衡利弊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility and safety of small does of sustained-release capsules of inbuprofen in orthodontic patients with pain, and provided the reference for those patients treatment. Methods 60 cases of patients with silk bow orthodontic treatment and having pain in June 2015 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 30 cases were treated with small doses of sustained-release capsule, other 30 cases were given normal dose of sustained-release capsules. Pain relief in two groups after taking medicine were observed, and drug adverse effect were compared, therapeutic effect and safety were analyzed. Results before treatment, VSA pain score in two groups were no difference, P>0.05. At small dose of sustained-release capsules group, VSA pain score before treatment and 2 hours later at the first time and the second time, and 2 d, 3 d, 4 d, 5 d, 6 d, 7 d after treatment, were lower, which had statistically differences, P<0.05. At Regular doses group, VSA pain score before treatment and the same time after treatment were lower, there were statistically difference, P < 0.05. Between two groups, VSA pain score in small doses group was higher than that in conventional dose group,(P < 0.05). During treatment, no adverse drug reactions occurred in two groups. Conclusion small dose of Finn sustained-release capsules is safe and effective, but its pain relief effect was lower than regular dose. it need to be comprehensively considered.更多还原
