【摘要】 目的研究健康教育路径对头颈部肿瘤放疗患者舒适水平及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院行头颈部肿瘤放疗患者130例(试验组与对照组)。试验组采用健康教育路径而对照组采用常规护理方法对患者进行康复训练。对两组患者的资料进行比较分析。结果试验组患者舒适水平、生活质量、对护理工作满意率和健康知识掌握率均高于对照组,而实验组患者SAS及SDS评分、住院时间以及费用均低于对照组。结论健康教育路径提高了患者的舒适水平和生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of health education path on comfort level and quality of life of patients with head and neck neoplasms radiotherapy.Methods A total of 130 patients with head and neck neoplasms who were treated in our hospital were enrolled into our experiment.All these patients were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.Patients in the experimental group were treated with individual health education path,and patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing methods and the information of two groups were analyzed.Results The comfort level,life quality,the rate of satisfaction about nursing work and the rate of control about healthy knowledge of experiment group were higher than that of control group,but SAS,SDS scores,hospitalization time and expense of the experiment group were lower than that of control group.Conclusion Health education path improve the comfort level and life quality of patients.更多还原
