【摘要】 文章通过对"时间银行"理念的剖析,总结了我国基于"时间银行"互助式养老模式的特点以及存在的瓶颈,提出了基于"时间银行"养老模式体系的设计准则,构建出基于"时间银行"互助式养老模式体系,设计开发了"寸草心"养老平台应用系统,并在试点社区运营。通过现有的管理理念和技术手段进一步完善社会化的养老体制,并为该领域的研究拓展了新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 By analyzing the idea of " Time Bank",the paper summarized characteristics and limitations of mutual aid pension model based on Time Bank,proposed the designation principles of pension model system based on Time Bank and constructed the system of mutual aid pension model based on Time Bank. The paper has developed an application system of pension platform namely " Cun cao xin" which has been operated in some communities.
