【摘要】 目的了解静脉留置针使用过程中应用循证护理的临床效果。方法选择2014年10月至2015年12月间曾在本院接受静脉留置针输液的患者1 240例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各620例,对照组中患者实施常规护理,观察组中患者在对照组基础上实施循证护理,观察2组临床效果。结果在护理及治疗结束之后,对2组患者并发症发生率进行观察,观察组中并发症发生人数为5例,对照组中患者并发症发生人数为15例,2组患者存在显著差异;观察2组患者护理满意率,观察组中患者护理满意率为93.5%,对照组中患者护理满意率为72.6%,观察组明显优于对照组。结论在使用静脉留置针过程中应用循证护理有着十分重要的作用,通过循证护理干预能够使留置针并发症发生率有效降低,提高留置针使用安全性,保证患者安全,并且可使患者对护理满意率得到有效提高,在临床上可广泛推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing in the process of using IV catheters. Methods From October 2014 to December 2015, 1240 patients who received the IV catheter transfusion were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group(620 cases each group). The patients of the control group received routinenursing and those of the observation group received evidence-based nursing besides the routine nursing. The effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results There were 5 patients with complications in the ob-servation group and 15 in the control group, andthere was a significant difference between the two groups. The satisfaction rate in the observation group was 93.5% and that in the control group was 72.6%, andthere was a significant difference be-tween the two groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of evidence-based nursing is obvious in the process of using IV catheters, and it can reducethe incidence of complications caused by IV catheters and increase the satisfaction rate.更多还原
