【摘要】 目的了解甘肃省学生肺结核登记报告情况及疫情流行特征,为学校肺结核防治工作提供参考。方法收集2008—2013年甘肃省学生肺结核发病及基础资料,采用描述性统计方法分析学生肺结核流行病学特征。结果 2008—2013年甘肃省学生活动性肺结核报告发病率分别为37.55/10万,33.45/10万,28.70/10万,24.25/10万,20.19/10万和14.59/10万,呈逐年下降趋势(P<0.05),年递降率为12.36%;同期报告学生涂阳肺结核登记率呈逐年下降趋势(P<0.05),年递降率为13.46%;学生病例占全人群肺结核病例的比例从2008年的6.32%(1 640/25 953)下降到2013年的3.93%(721/18 360)(P<0.05)。报告学生肺结核病例中15~24岁年龄组最多,占学生总病例数的84.58%(6 254/7 394);学生病例中,男女比例为1.61:1。结论甘肃省学生肺结核报告发病率呈逐年下降趋势,表现为春、秋两季发病最多。男生和15~24岁年龄组应作为学校结核病防控的重点人群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the pulmonary tuberculosis registration report and epidemic characteristics of students in Gansu province, and to offer preventive strategies on pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods The basic data of tuberculosis of students in Gansu Province from 2008 to 2013 was collected. And descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyze the epidemic characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis detection of students. Results From 2008 to 2013, students active TB patients rate were 37.55 /100 000,33.45 / 100 000,28.70 / 100 000,24.25 / 100 000,20.19 / 100 000 and 14.59 / 100 000( P< 0.05) in the whole province,declining by annual average of 12.36%. The registration rate of smear positive pulmonary tuberculosis was decreasing year by year( P<0.05),declining by annual average of 12.46%, The percentage of the students who were in the case of the whole population was 3.93%( 721 / 18 360) in 2008 from 6. 32%( 1 640 / 25 953) in 2013( P < 0. 05). A total of 7 394 cases of tuberculosis( 84.58%)( 6 254 / 7 394) were reported aged from 15-24, the ratio between male and female is 1.61: 1. Conclusion The incidence rate of tuberculosis in Gansu province is decreasing year by year, the disease occurs frequently in spring and autumn.
