【摘要】 目的探讨康复支具治疗膝骨性关节炎及其不稳的临床效果。方法将膝骨性关节炎及其不稳的患者60例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例,治疗组佩戴康复支具治疗,疗程为3个月,治疗结束后复查,采用临床评估指数表进行评分;对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,50mg/次,疗程为1周,治疗结束后仍采用临床评估指数表进行评分,最后两组进行疗效评价。结果 1药物治疗前后的疼痛和关节积液两项有明显改善(P<0.01);功能、畸形、关节稳定性、关节活动范围在药物治疗前后无改善。2佩戴支具治疗前后的疼痛、功能、关节稳定性各项均有明显改善;畸形、关节活动范围没有改善。3药物治疗和佩戴支具治疗的疼痛项没有统计学意义(P>0.05);功能、关节稳定性均有显著差异(P<0.01);畸形、关节活动范围两者无差异。4两种治疗方法的临床疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复支具是治疗膝骨性关节炎及其不稳的可靠方法,可有效改善临床症状和膝关节的稳定性。并对常规治疗无效及由于各种原因不能接受手术治疗的膝骨性关节炎及其不稳者也有较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinic effects of treatment of knee osteoarthritis and instability of the knee by rehabilitation brace.Methods 60 patients with knee osteroarhritis and knee instability were divided into treated group and control group.Each group contained 30 cases.Patients in the treatment group were equipped with rehabilitation brace for3 months.The control group was treated with oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,50mg/times,1weeks.The clinical index score was observed.Results The pain and joint effusion before and after drug treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).The function,deformity,joint stability and range of joint activities were improved after equipped with rehabilitation brace(P<0.01).The function and scope of joint activity were not statistically significant before and after treatment(P>0.05).The pain of drugs and equipped with rehabilitation brace treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The function and joint stability of drugs and equipped with rehabilitation brace treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01).The clinical effect of the two treatment was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Improved rehabilitation knee braces for treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint instability merger is effective to improve the function of the knee and strengthen stability of the knee.更多还原
